Li Qiang (born 1989-01-04 in Liaoning) is a Chinese sprint canoer who competed in the late 2000s. He won a silver medal in the C-1 500 m event at the 2010 ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships in Poznań.
Li also finished sixth in the C-1 500 m event at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.
